Health starts with access to health care.  The Florida Office on Disability and Health (FODH) located at the University of Florida is currently conducting web surveys that will be used to create reports for the Florida state legislature and hopefully improve conditions for Floridians with disabilities.  But, they cannot do it without your help.

To participate in the web-based access to care surveys follow the appropriate link on the website: http://fodh.phhp.ufl.edu/.  They especially need parents or guardians of children with disabilities to respond.  Please take the time to let them know how they can help.
